All subscription billing is handled by Apple. Refund requests must be made directly through Apple's support channels.
Troubleshooting
- Camera not working — check that CalEye has camera permission in iOS Settings
- App crashes or freezes — force-quit and relaunch; update to the latest version if the issue persists
- Sync issues — ensure you have an active internet connection and are signed into your account
- Login problems — use "Forgot password" on the sign-in screen to reset your credentials
